– We continue to optimize our portfolio, this time by divesting a property with a high vacancy rate in a challenging area. We are pleased that Victoriahem, with their strong local presence in Eskilstuna, is acquiring the property and will continue to develop it further. The sale frees up capital that we will use for value-creating apartment renovations and energy optimization measures in our property portfolio, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
Following the transaction, Neobo owns four properties in Eskilstuna with a total lettable area of 4,310 sq. m.
