Neobo divests industrial property in Norrköping

Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) divests the industrial property Fiskeby 4:123 in Norrköping at an underlying property value of SEK 19 million, which is in line with the book value.

The transaction was completed as a share deal, and the underlying property value of SEK 19 million is in line with the book value as of 30 September 2025. A deduction for deferred tax of SEK 1.4 million has been made. The buyer is REX Industrihus AB and closing will take place during the first quarter of 2026.

– We continue to optimize our property portfolio, this time by divesting an industrial property that is not strategic for us. The sale releases capital that will be used for value-creating investments in our residential portfolio, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.

The property has a lettable area of 1,070 sq m, and following the transaction, Neobo owns seven residential properties in Norrköping with a total lettable area of 30,700 sq.m.
